Privacy

Prompt Maker collects only what the product needs to run your account.

What we store

Your email address and a hashed password.
Your first name, so we can talk to you by name.
If you ask for the free prompts: your email address (no account is made). We use it only to send you your link. Every email has a "Remove my email" link that deletes it.
Which website or link brought you here (for example Facebook or Google), and simple page counts. No cookies, and nothing that identifies you.
Your projects: what you chose to create, the answers you give while we build your plan (saved as you go, so you can carry on later), and the finished prompt and its earlier versions, so they show on your dashboard.
Your chat with the coach, so it can remember what you talked about.
Credit balances and, when you buy a pack, the amount recorded against that purchase.

Who sees it

Your projects and answers are private to your account. We do not sell them or share them with other customers. To write your questions and plan, your answers are sent to our AI provider, which only processes them to reply to you. We do not use your answers for advertising.

Delete your data

You can delete your projects, saved prompts, chat history and name at any time with the "Delete my data" button on your dashboard. Your login and any unused prompts stay, so you are not charged twice. To remove your whole account, contact us.

Payments

Checkout happens on the payment page linked from your dashboard. Prompt Maker does not store card numbers. Prices are in US dollars and the pack is offered to international customers. Your payment provider processes the charge under its own privacy terms.

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, count credits, show your prompt history, and add credits after a purchase. We do not sell personal information. Credits are non-refundable once a prompt has been generated.
